RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions for a portfolio of properties.
- Acting as the "Go-To" person for questions from your properties.
- Financial Statement Preparation for your portfolio.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT:
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Accounting Experience - 1-2+ Years
