Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Hybrid in Beloit, WI

Position Overview: An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated Staff Accountant to join a dynamic team in Beloit. Key Responsibilities:

• Document processes within software and facilitate the transition to new ERP.
• Conduct month-end close duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile historical data to the new system, performing monthly reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
• Manage monthly and quarterly rebate payouts, overseeing more than 3,500 tracked rebate programs.
• Gather and process monthly sales tax data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Engage in various ad hoc accounting projects as directed by management.
• Maintain precise financial records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1+ year of experience preparing reconciliations
