Location: Downtown Seattle | On-site
Salary Range: $56,160 - $60,320 DOE

Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Handle credit card transactions while maintaining complete supporting documentation.
- Review and process employee expense reports and check requests.
- Administer invoices, vouchers, disbursements, and reconcile accounts aging reports.
- Oversee intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate processing and administration.
- Verify and post payment details with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Process general ledger and job cost entries, including necessary adjustments.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong Accounts Payable experience with a solid foundation in general accounting principles.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CMiC and Sage 100 is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
