What You'll Be Doing as the Commercial Collections Specialist:

• Manage collections of past-due invoices via phone and email outreach

• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies with speed and accuracy

• Review credit lines and payment history to address outstanding issues

• Keep customer records clean and up-to-date in the ERP system

• Prepare aging reports and monthly AR summaries for leadership

What You Bring to the Table as the Commercial Collections Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B collections, preferably in a high-volume environment

• A proven track record of reducing aged receivables

• Intermediate Excel skills (you know your way around a spreadsheet)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and persistent
