What You’ll Be Doing as an Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Process vendor invoices quickly and accurately

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with professionalism

• Audit invoices to ensure policy compliance

• Handle a high volume of vendor communications (email/phone)

• Maintain reports and spreadsheets using Excel

What You Bring as an Accounts Payable Clerk:

• A recent Accounting degree or 2+ years of hands-on A/P experience

• Confidence with Excel (sorting, formulas, SUM, etc.); Oracle knowledge is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to stay organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced setting

• Clear communication and dependable follow-through
