Accounts Payable Processor

We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Processor to join our growing team in the fleet management industry. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our vendor payments are accurate, timely, and compliant—supporting smooth operations across the business.

AP Processor Duties:

• Accurately enter coded supplier invoices into Workday accounting software in a timely manner
• Perform 3-way matching of supplier invoices to purchase orders to ensure proper authorization and accuracy
• Research and respond to vendor inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
• Ensure invoice processing deadlines are met to support on-time payments
• Review and reconcile supplier statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies

AP Processor Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounts Payable and familiarity with invoice processing best practices
• Proficiency in Workday or other major ERP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team
