Payroll Analyst
North Austin, TX – Domain Area | Up to $85K + Bonus | Full-Time | On-site

A fast-growing, national organization with operations in all 50 states is looking for a proactive and strategic Payroll Analyst to join its collaborative payroll team. With over 10 acquisitions completed last year, this is a high-impact role supporting a rapidly scaling company. Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst:

• Ensure timely and accurate compensation processing, including E-time corrections and SME support for employees and managers

• Generate, analyze, and present payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations on trends and accuracy

• Prepare training materials and documentation for payroll processes and system use

• Support Payroll Administrators with entering and maintaining compensation data in payroll systems (salaries, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and more)

• Process payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings in accordance with company and legal requirements

• Identify and implement process improvements related to payroll systems, automation, and internal tools (HRIS/payroll platforms)

What We’re Looking For in a Payroll Analyst:

• Degree and 3+ years of payroll experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Multi-state payroll experience is required

• System implementation experience is a plus

• Familiarity with ADP and Oracle is a major plus

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
