As a Payroll Lead, you’ll be managing payroll for about 1,500 employees across multiple states and entities. You’ll work closely with the Director of HR and collaborate with branches across the country to ensure payroll runs smoothly, accurately, and on time. And the best part? What You’ll Be Doing as the Payroll Lead:

• Running weekly and biweekly payroll for a large hourly team

• Working with branch teams to gather and validate payroll data

• Supporting payroll during acquisitions and company expansion

• Making sure everything is compliant with state and federal laws

• Helping with benefits admin and seasonal workforce shifts

Here’s What You Need to Bring:

• Experience processing multi-state, high-volume payroll

• Solid knowledge of Paylocity (must-have)

• Comfortable with hourly payroll and seasonal workforce challenges

• Local to Brentwood and able to work hybrid (in-office 2–3 days/week)
