Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Lavergne area (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Compensation: Up to $85,000 + full benefits package

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Staff Accountant to join their finance team.

The Senior Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and assisting with budgeting and reporting efforts. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and long-standing team.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Lead account reconciliations and contribute to monthly close and financial reporting

• Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Perform job costing and accrual accounting

• Work directly with the Controller on key financial initiatives

The ideal Senior Staff Accountant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a solid understanding of GAAP. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and strong analytical skills are highly valued.
