Key Responsibilities for Senior Accountant:

📊 Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
📝 The Senior Accountant will manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
📅 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
✅ Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
🔍 The Senior Accountant will perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity.
📂 Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis.
🚀 Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
🤝 The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
📌 CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
📆 4+ years of experience in accounting or financial management
📖 Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
💻 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
🔎 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
⚡ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
