Overview of the Accountant Role:
• Support the Controller with budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making
• The Accountant will lead the full month-end close process and manage all balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare general ledger and journal entries with accuracy and timeliness
• Identify discrepancies through financial research and assist with issue resolution
• The Accountant will serve as liaison with external auditors and contribute to audit readiness
• Participate in performance management and team oversight
Preferred Qualifications for Accountant Role:
✔️ Hands-on experience managing the month-end close process
✔️ 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
✔️ CPA is a plus, but not required
