Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team in Portland, Oregon. If you have a passion for accurate payroll processing and have hands-on experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paycom, or Dayforce, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Review timesheets, process wage garnishments, and handle tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Hands-on experience with ADP, Dayforce, Paycom or similar payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
