What You'll Do:

• Play a critical role in the financial operations by assisting the CFO and Senior Accountant with journal entries, balance sheet prep, and more.
• Partner with internal teams to analyze, interpret, and resolve financial data, keeping the numbers accurate and the business running smoothly.
• Ensure billing is on point by auditing sales orders, managing customer credit, and mitigating risk.
• Own the month-end and year-end closing processes, making sure every detail is squared away.
• Build meaningful relationships with internal teams and external vendors, representing the company with professionalism, warmth, and clarity.
• Step up to assist in creating regular financial reports and be a key team player fully cross-trained within the Finance department.
• Provide essential support across the department, gaining exposure to various financial functions and expanding your skill set.

What You Bring:

• A BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting fundamentals.
• Top-tier communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and related software, ensuring you stay efficient and productive.
• A keen eye for detail, solid problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management.
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in everything you do.
