Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, detailed invoices for contract work

• Manage accounts payable and receivable data with clarity and precision

• Track project financials (including time, materials, and overhead) and ensure alignment with billing

• Perform account reconciliations and support financial reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
