Your Role:
As the Executive Administrator, you'll be the organizational backbone of the executive team. You'll manage schedules, communications, board engagement, and help steer key projects across the company. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from coordinating high-level meetings and events to maintaining critical files and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and ensure the team is prepared for key engagements.
Communication: Handle correspondence with discretion, draft reports, proposals, and manage internal and external communication.
Board & Committee Engagement: Coordinate logistics for board meetings and ensure all materials are prepped and organized.
Data & Reporting: Maintain organized files, update databases, and manage reporting processes to keep the executive team informed and efficient.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute team events and partner meetings to foster collaboration and innovation.
Project Assistance: Participate in strategic planning, brainstorm sessions, and team initiatives to support the overall success of the business.
Office Management: Ensure a welcoming, efficient environment for team members, clients, and visitors, ensuring the office runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
10+ years in an executive administrative role with proven experience working with high-level professionals, boards, and clients.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, PPT/Keynote, and database management tools. Familiarity with AI tools is a nice plus.
A self-starter who is proactive, service-oriented, and enjoys solving problems—big or small. You’re detail-oriented and excel in high-pressure situations.
You understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
Highly skilled at managing multiple priorities, timelines, and resources with exceptional organizational abilities.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
