About the Company:
We’re working with a dynamic and growing company that is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements

• Maintain and organize financial records

• Support audits and internal controls

• Help with expense reports and employee reimbursements

• Perform data entry and maintain accuracy of the general ledger

• Assist the accounting team with ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field

• Excellent communication and time management skills
