Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Full-time | salary offering up to $90,000 + benefits + 10% bonus potential

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization with a diverse portfolio, is seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join their team. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.

What You’ll Do:

As the FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for both individual business units and overall company performance

  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes that align with strategic goals

  • Deliver financial projections around cash flow, profitability, and KPIs

• Cash Flow & Compliance

  • Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow projections and monitor liquidity and working capital

  • Support internal compliance and reporting requirements, including bank covenant documentation

• Executive & Investor Reporting

  • Develop clear, compelling financial presentations for executive leadership, the board, and investor stakeholders

  • Assist with investor materials and ensure compliance with public company reporting standards

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with subsidiaries and operational teams to consolidate financial data and ensure accuracy

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support across business units and strategic initiatives

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s, CPA, or CFA is a plus)

• 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles

• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial tools like OneStream, SAP, or QuickBooks is helpful

• Exposure to M&A or capital markets is a plus
