Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
Full-time | salary offering up to $90,000 + benefits + 10% bonus potential
Are you a numbers-driven problem solver who enjoys turning data into actionable insights? Our client, a dynamic and growing organization with a diverse portfolio, is seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join their team. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.

As the FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Modeling & Forecasting
Build and maintain detailed financial models for both individual business units and overall company performance
Drive budgeting and forecasting processes that align with strategic goals
Deliver financial projections around cash flow, profitability, and KPIs
Cash Flow & Compliance
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow projections and monitor liquidity and working capital
Support internal compliance and reporting requirements, including bank covenant documentation
Executive & Investor Reporting
Develop clear, compelling financial presentations for executive leadership, the board, and investor stakeholders
Assist with investor materials and ensure compliance with public company reporting standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with subsidiaries and operational teams to consolidate financial data and ensure accuracy
Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support across business units and strategic initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s, CPA, or CFA is a plus)
1–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial tools like OneStream, SAP, or QuickBooks is helpful
Exposure to M&A or capital markets is a plus
