Location: Holland, MI (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time | Permanent
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
We are looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Systems Administrator to support and maintain a range of IT systems including software, hardware, networks, cybersecurity tools, servers and Microsoft 365 applications. You’ll collaborate with vendors and internal users to keep the tech environment running smoothly while providing excellent customer service and building rapport with end-users. Ideal candidates are proactive, enjoy troubleshooting & problem solving, and thrive in a "wear-many-hats" kind of role.
Job Responsibilities of the Systems Administrator:
- Hardware Support: Maintain and troubleshoot Windows PC hardware, tablets, printers, and handheld devices. Ensure all hardware is functioning and properly configured within the network.
- Cybersecurity: Manage cybersecurity tools like ThreatLocker, Huntress, KnowBe4, and others. Monitor and maintain system security through patching and updates.
- Office 365 Support: Provide support for Office 365, Outlook, and other applications. Set up users and manage permissions.
- Network & Server Support: Maintain LAN and Microsoft servers, monitor system health with tools like Meraki Dashboard, and perform routine maintenance.
- Communication Systems: Support corporate phones (desk and cell), including setup, troubleshooting, and replacements.
Qualifications of the Systems Administrator:
- 3+ years experience in IT Support or systems administration
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration including Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams & Office
- Experience managing both on-prem and virtual servers (Hyper-V)
- Experience with ticketing systems or RMM tools similar to ConnectWise
- LAN/network troubleshooting and monitoring tools
- Knowledgeable of Cisco Meraki networking tools
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements and share insights on data
Bonus Experience of the Systems Administrator:
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Cisco Meraki, etc.
- Experience with Cybersecurity tools or solutions
- Experience with ConnectWise
