I am working with a well-established company in Western Massachusetts that is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is looking for hands-on experience and a supportive team.

What You’ll Do as the Accounts Payable Clerk:

Assist with data entry of invoices and payment processing.

Ensure proper documentation and approvals for vendor payments.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Support the AP team with filing, scanning, and administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:

Entry-level candidates with a degree in accounting/finance OR 6+ months of office experience.

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Experience with Excel and any accounting software is a plus!

A team player with a positive attitude.
Compensation: $18-21/hour
