Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 full-time and 200 part-time/seasonal employees.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and manage employee status changes.

• Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, and workers’ compensation filings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience, with strong preference for candidates who’ve worked in a stand-alone capacity.

• Must have experience with UKG (UltiPro)—this is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Familiarity with retirement plan deductions including 401(k) or 403(b).

• CPP or FPC certification is a plus.
