The Network & Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the bank’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency. This role involves assessing user needs, implementing technology solutions, and supporting bank-wide IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & System Management:

• Maintain and optimize Windows OS, Windows Server OS, Microsoft 365, and Fortinet systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including communication failures and conflicts.

• Monitor and manage reports from network vendors to ensure system performance.

• Support system upgrades, installations, and conversions.

• Perform maintenance on servers, security solutions, networking hardware (switches, routers), and workstations.

• Provide technical support and coordinate vendor assistance when necessary.

Compliance & Security:

• Ensure adherence to federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and CIP.

• Maintain system security and user access

• Support business continuity by coordinating and testing disaster recovery functions.

Collaboration & IT Support:

• Assist with IT projects, software implementation, and user training.

• Troubleshoot issues related to Jack Henry products and other banking applications.

• Respond to system alerts during and outside business hours, including travel to branch locations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS & Server OS, and Fortinet.

• Familiarity with Linux, Microsoft SQL, and SQLite is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Must lift 25 lbs individually and 50+ lbs with assistance.

• Comfortable working in IT environments with noise and temperature changes.
