Payroll Associate
Highly awarded, global professional services firm, has a new permanent opportunity for a Payroll Associate. The Payroll Associate is part of the team that is responsible for high volume payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees including bonuses and commissions along with making proper deductions and withholdings.
The firm offers outstanding benefits, 20+ days PTO to start, 35-hour work week and a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office.
Approximate Salary: $70,000-$85,000 per year

Responsibilities for the Payroll Associate:
- Process high volume, bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees nationwide
- Enter payroll data that may include taxes, bonuses, withholdings, deductions, etc.
- Maintain compliance according to company guidelines and federal and state law requirements
- Input and process wage garnishments
- Review, audit and ensure accuracy of payroll data
- Collaborate with members of Human Resources, various locations and departments
- Assist with various bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Handle payroll customer service inquiries from employees
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information
Qualifications for the Payroll Associate:
- 3+ years of high-volume payroll processing in a large corporate environment
- Professional services, consulting, financial services industry or similar experience a plus
- Outstanding communication and employee customer service skills
- Strong experience with large payroll and T&E systems
- Strong word, excel
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Payroll certification a plus
