Job Overview
This role is responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing, including high-volume invoice management, research, and analysis. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and timely
- Perform research and resolve discrepancies related to vendor invoices and payments
- Conduct invoice coding, approvals, and matching to purchase orders
- Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, and ACH transfers
- Reconcile AP transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with month-end close, including AP accruals and reporting
Qualifications:
- Recent college graduate with degree in Accounting, Finance or related is welcome!
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring productive relationships with vendors and internal team members.
- Strong research and analytical skills to resolve discrepancies
- Proficiency in Excel

Location & Salary:
- Location: On-Site in Venice, FL (hybrid flexibility after training)
- Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
