What You’ll Do – Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, you will:

Lead and participate in month-end close activities.

Prepare and post journal entries, including reclasses and research for accuracy.

Upload invoices and ensure completeness of financial documentation.

Review expenses, identify trends, and report on fluctuations as part of the close process.

Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed.

Support ongoing process improvements and maintain compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications – What the Company Needs in a Senior Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, and advanced formulas.

Experience with large or complex general ledger systems.

A self-starter with strong ownership of assigned tasks and the mindset of a proactive Senior Accountant.
