Benefits Manager

CFS is partnering with a respected, employee-focused organization to identify a Benefits Manager to join their Human Resources team. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing the company’s benefits strategy, compliance, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration and strategy of all benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, wellness initiatives, and 401(k)

• Manage relationships with brokers, vendors, and insurance carriers

• Oversee annual open enrollment, benefits education, and employee communications

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.)

• Monitor trends, evaluate plan performance, and recommend enhancements or cost-saving measures

• Partner with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure accurate processing and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration

• Strong knowledge of federal and state benefit regulations

• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, etc.)

• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills

• Ability to lead initiatives while staying hands-on with day-to-day processes
