Staff Accountant – High-Visibility Role with a Growing Industry Leader

I’m working with a thriving, privately held company that’s been a leader in its industry for over 80 years. Due to consistent, record-breaking growth in recent years, they’re looking to bring a Staff Accountant on board to support their expanding operations.

Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting duties for several entities under the corporate umbrella

• Contribute to monthly and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and assist in generating financial reports

• Prepare and file sales tax returns and support audits as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Solid understanding of general accounting principles

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
