Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Review and match invoices with purchase orders.

Handle payment runs, ACH transfers, and check processing.

Assist with expense reports and vendor inquiries.

Participate in process improvements and automation efforts.
Who Would Be a Great Fit?

3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.

Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP software.
