NetSuite Consultant (Part-Time – 20 Hours/Week)
Location: Lafayette, CO (Hybrid Schedule)
Hourly Pay Range: $80-100/hr
About the Organization:
Our client, a mission-driven non-profit healthcare organization, is navigating a significant organizational change following a merger. To support this transition, we are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to lead the migration and integration of financial systems onto NetSuite. This is a part-time opportunity (20 hours/week) ideal for a detail-oriented systems expert who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working with purpose-driven organizations.
Key NetSuite Consultant Responsibilities:
The NetSuite Consultant will work closely with leadership and accounting teams to ensure a smooth financial system migration post-merger. The focus will be on aligning multiple entities into a cohesive NetSuite environment while supporting broader integration goals.
System Migration & Integration (60%)
Lead the migration of multiple entities from Multiview and other platforms into NetSuite.
Customize and implement NetSuite modules to align with current and future organizational needs.
Assist with designing and configuring the Chart of Accounts (COA), reporting structures, and workflows within NetSuite.
Ensure data integrity and perform rigorous testing throughout the integration process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Alignment (25%)
Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and operations teams to align procedures and financial practices between merging entities.
Document system processes and train internal teams on NetSuite functionality.
Support the development of standardized policies, controls, and approval workflows within the platform.
Reporting & Strategic Support (15%)
Design and implement custom NetSuite dashboards and financial reports for key stakeholders.
Offer strategic input on how to optimize NetSuite for future scalability.
Provide technical support during monthly closes and reconciliations within the new system.
NetSuite Consultant Qualifications & Experience:
Must-Have:
Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant leading system implementations or migrations.
Strong understanding of financial systems architecture, accounting workflows, and cross-entity reporting within NetSuite.
Experience working in or with non-profits or healthcare-related organizations.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Nice-to-Have:
Background in federally qualified health center (FQHC) accounting or governmental fund accounting.
Familiarity with Multiview financial software.
Prior experience supporting post-merger systems integration.
