Cost Accountant
Full Time l Onsite l Tulare County

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze cost variances, production costs, and gross margins

• Maintain and update standard cost systems and inventory valuation methods

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries

• Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and budgets

• Monitor compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls

• Provide financial insights to support operations, production, and leadership teams

• Assist with audits and special financial projects

• Identify and implement process improvements in accounting operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
