Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Collect information from supervisors to calculate bills receivable.
- Issue invoices and bills to clients
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed.
- Ensure all charges are correct on invoices.
- Process invoicing in a timely manner and work to resolve any discrepancies.
