Dan Casey founded CFS in 1994 and led the company to a successful ESOP transaction in 2014. Dan has brought the organization to over 30 offices throughout North America and the Caribbean. Prior to founding CFS, Dan was the National Director of Temporary Staffing Services for Kforce, previously Romac & Associates, from 1989-1994 and was responsible for building Kforce’s temporary staffing division nationally.
Dan graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He started his career on the audit staff of PWC, previously Price Waterhouse, specializing in the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and not-for-profit sectors.
