In July of 2014, CFS formed an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). An ESOP is a form of an employee retirement plan where company shares are distributed to employees in individual accounts. This business model has allowed our employees (full-time and temporary) to accumulate stock and
an ownership stake in the company.
At CFS, we have an active 12-member ESOP committee. This group is dedicated to continual educational endeavors, implementing employee ownership initiatives, and nurturing our collaborative team culture.
